My passion is helping others through medicine. I'm a psychiatric physician assistant originally from a small family farm in New Hartford, Iowa. What makes me me is my ability to think deeply and make connections; my sense of humor and gentleness, and the genuine joy and love I have for helping others find meaning, purpose, and happiness in their lives.

Sometimes these goals are augmented by medication, sometimes not. Focus On Psychiatry is a private psychiatric practice that offers a comprehensive range of psychiatric services to teens and adults, including psychotherapy, ketamine coaching, and med management for ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and adjustment disorders. We specialize in psychedelics and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy.
